The 97th AVS meeting will be held on June 10-13, 2026(four days) in Urumqi. The Video Adhoc group meeting will be held on June 10 (Wednesday) afternoon at 15: 30 ; The Convenors meeting will be held on June 10 (Wednesday) at 17:30 ; The
opening plenary will be held on June 11 (Thursday) at 10:00; The closing plenary will be held at 15:00 on June 13 (Saturday). All member bodies units are welcome to send representatives to attend the meeting.
- It is free and open to all AVS members bodies.
- Meeting agenda: Review proposals submitted by each group participants, summarize and report the progress of the tasks proposed by the previous meeting, and make arrangements for the next stage of tasks.
- The notice of proposals registration will be issued about one week before the meeting.
