The 98th AVS meeting will be held on August 19-22, 2026(four days) in Shanghai. The Video Adhoc group meeting will be held on August19 (Wednesday) afternoon at 13: 30 ; The Convenors meeting will be held on August 19 (Wednesday) at 17:30 ; The opening plenary will be held on August20 (Thursday) at 9:00; The closing plenary will be held at 13:30 on August22 (Saturday). All member bodies units are welcome to send representatives to attend the meeting.
It is free and open to all AVS members bodies.
Meeting agenda: Review proposals submitted by each group participants, summarize and report the progress of the tasks proposed by the previous meeting, and make arrangements for the next stage of tasks.
The notice of proposals registration will be issued about one week before the meeting.
